The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is conveniently close to a U-Bahn station, making it easy to explore the city. It took a while to resolve the issue and he was initially rude, but eventually apologized. the night receptionist was always nice and polite. Despite this hiccup, the hotel was clean, offered good value for money, and had a great location.
